How to be positive?

positive thinking will attract good things to your life as reduce stress, live longer and happier life,  have good decisions , have more friends and so on.these are some ways to think positive.

1- use positive words when talking .tell yourself that you do everything possible to have a brilliant career and keep you in shape.
2- forgive you!
Arguing for things that went wrong will not change anything .tell yourself you're forgived and allow to move on.
3- think of a failure as an opportunity.
sometimes the most negative things in our lives give us opportunities that we may not have seen otherwise. for example losing your job can be an opportunity to open your own business.
4- Practice positive affirmations.
start repeating positive phrases like ' I deserve to be happy ' or 'I deserve to be loved ' believe that these statements are true.
5- Use your body.

your body and your mind are intimately connected .

       Try standing up straight .
       Hold your shoulder back and your chest forward. It can help you to feel more confident.
       Smile.wether you feel happy or not.
       Dress in a way that expresses yourself. What you wear affects how you feel.

Don't forget

 What you feel today is the result of your yesterday's thoughts. and what you will live tomorrow is the result of your today's thoughts.
